Our Policy

Cancellation of an order

Non-personalised orders can be cancelled prior to despatch for a full refund. If the order has been despatched, you must await its arrival and return it to the address on the despatch note along with all original packing and paperwork.

Personalised items can be refunded only if the personalisation process has not started.

Please email with requests and include any order reference. Please try to do this during office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding weekends and national holidays. Our acceptance of order cancellation will start once our refunds department has received and replied to your email.

Any refund will be returned to the payment card you used to place the initial order.

Orders lost in the post

Gift Raven will refund or replace (free of charge) any item that is deemed to be lost in the post. During the time of disruption such as National lockdown and Covid-19, our refunds team may require up to 10 working days from the dispatch date before processing any refunds.

Returns – of non personalised items

Your order can be returned for a refund for the total cost of your order within 30 days of delivery. However, the product must be unopened and unused. Contact for all refund requests.

Returns – personalised items
Due to the customised nature of the item, we are unable to accept returns of personalised items at this time. Please email with the reason for the return and we will do our best to offer a partial credit or assist with another item from our extensive gift range.

Damaged or imperfect items
Please notify us on receipt of goods and we will replace or refund damaged or imperfect items.  For quality purposes, we may request that you return the item and we will provide you with a Freepost address to send items to. We will require the item to be returned within 14 days of receipt and we require that you obtain proof of postage when sending items back.

Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned unused in their original packaging and condition, along with a copy of the dispatch note.
  • All goods returned to our offices are at your responsibility. We recommend obtaining proof of postage from Royal Mail, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
